ANNUAL SUPPORT CAMPAIGN
2024 Campaign:
Raised $120,409!
Our Annual Campaign takes place from February to April, but donations are welcomed all year long. The campaign brings together staff at all levels, committed volunteers, Y members, and investors to secure gifts that support our scholarship fund ensuring that each Y has the resources to make an enduring impact right in its own neighborhood.

WHAT WE DO FOR THE COMMUNITY
​Onsite our focus is to provide you, our member, with a Your Y Your Way experience. Anytime, anywhere your Y is with you. From virtual to streaming to outdoor/indoor classes, financial aid and scholarships, free programming, updated equipment and facilities, and community partnerships – we at the Y have continued adapting to our ever-changing environment.
​​Offsite, we strive to give you and everyone access to the benefits that our local, key partnerships provide such as Doc Talks on topical health issues from USC Verdugo Hills Hospital and Food Drives that have served over 10,000 families over the pandemic in collaboration with Glendale Community College. We have also partnered with the American Red Cross and Huntington Hospital to host continuous blood drives.
We care about improving our member's health and wellbeing as well as giving back and supporting our neighbors. But this only comes together with your contribution.
​For 65 years, each and every donation has shaped a life - join the cause and together, let’s continue making a long-lasting impact that not only survives but thrives.
MAJOR DONOR PROGRAM
At the Y, we recognize those donors who have advanced their support of youth and family programs by making annual contributions to the Y of $1,200 or more. These individuals, businesses, and other community organizations enable us to enrich and expand our mission and meet human service needs throughout our community. Their support makes it possible for families and individuals, regardless of their ability to pay, to participate in the programs and services that we offer through the Y. These programs instill our core values – Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility - and help guide our members to a lifetime of success and service.
Our ongoing mission is to engage potential and historical major donors in meaningful invitations that are donor-centric. We celebrate our major donors with a special event annually.

HERITAGE CLUB
Planned gifts are an important means to build a strong financial foundation to support the mission and work of the YMCA of the Foothills. Your gift creates a lasting legacy and will impact lives through the YMCA of the Foothills programs for generations. The YMCA of the Foothills will work with you to ensure any gift you leave in a legacy through a planned gift is utilized with your express intent recognized.
