Fiesta Days Run Training

Come and train with experienced running coach and longtime Y supporter Carolyn Sion to prepare for our upcoming Fiesta Days Run! This program is free for all – YMCA of the Foothill Members and Non-Members are welcome. Designed for runners and non-runners who want to prepare for the 5K or 10K run. *While registration is not required, Non-Members will need to sign a waiver.*

MEET THE TRAINER:

Carolyn Sion has coached Cross-Country and Track & Field at Rosemont Middle School for the last 7 years, coached the Family Running Club at YMCA of the Foothills for over 10 years, and was the Y’s Gymnastic Coach for over a decade. Carolyn has run over 50 marathons and half marathons, including the Boston Marathon. She continues to serve Rosemont Middle School as their coach as well as a P.E. teacher.
