Doreen started taking classes at the Y to renew her strength.  “I have learned so much from attending classes at the Crescenta Cañada Family YMCA. Without the guidance of the group and the collaboration of the arthritis aqua classes and the water fitness class, the road to renewing my strength would have been more challenging. The instructors have helped immensely, and I’ve rebuilt my strength and developed a more positive outlook on life. I am so excited when I wake up in the morning and thank God for another day. Then I look forward to another remarkable day at the Y.
