Healthy Kids Day® is a national initiative celebrated at Y's across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families.
For over 30 years, Y's have celebrated Healthy Kids Day by hosting a free, community event with activities focused on active physical play, nutrition education, STEM and the arts, and so much more.
Join us for a morning of Family Fun Activities that include —
Radial Run Obstacle Bouncer, Gymnastics Tumbling, Family Yoga, E-sports, and a special basketball fundraiser.
*Nutrition-based educational activities and prizes with our nutritionist, Paolin Hartounian!
*Safety around water educational activities!
