My family knows, Fall is my favorite time of the year as college football is in full swing (Go Iowa Hawkeyes), the MLB Playoffs start (can the Dodgers pull off a three-peat), cooler weather, and of course our Y’s “Trunk or Treat”. Dear YMCA of the Foothills Family, The month of September ushers in the Fall Season, Labor Day Weekend activities, and, of course, the return to school for students of all ages. Before we embrace fall, let us celebrate the impact your Y had over this past summer. Over 1,100 youth and another 100+ staff and volunteers called our YMCA home for the summer as they engaged in activities and experiences that help to build self-confidence and friendships that will last a lifetime.
