This class is designed to develop the skills of weightlifting, calisthenics, and functional athletic training. Learn how to respect the gym, lift safely, and prevent injury. Whether you are an athlete or someone just getting into fitness, this class will create a healthy relationship with exercise and wellbeing. Create a positive self-view in a small group environment and make friends with like-minded individuals.
