Two personal training options are available:
Our trainers have a customized approach to meeting your needs as an individual. We will develop a systematic and carefully planned program design to help you safely reach your goals in a finite time period. We will work with you – using Microsoft Teams for our virtual option. Or if you would like to come in, they will be during our CCY operating hours.
Each of our personal trainers are experienced and has an NCCA accredited personal training certification and/or a degree in a related field. YMCA personal trainers continue their professional development by attending regularly scheduled workshops and clinics on exercise science, nutrition, and functional movement.
Purchase Personal Training Sessions
Single session: $68 - Address specific questions or improve knowledge of fitness activities.
10-pack: $600 - This package allows you to jump-start your training routine and add variety to your workouts.
5-pack: $320 - Designed specifically for new members to get you going quickly.
20-pack: $1,100 - Members with goals such as muscular development or weight loss find this package helpful. Designed for long-term training to help you achieve specific results over a set time frame.
