This class will use a TRX suspension trainer that uses bodyweight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

My name is Ashley, I have been a fitness trainer for 15 years and I love to motivate people. My passion is using exercise to help people change their lives in simple and realistic ways. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. I design and teach every class with you in mind, so you leave feeling positive and empowered.

My class is designed for everyone seeking results. Your body will change with this metabolic program because it is designed to get your heart rate in your “metabolic zone”. Once “in the zone” your body will burn lots of calories restoring itself to homeostasis. My class uses TRX, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Dumbbells, and the Rower!

The fitness world can be intimidating; so many options and opinions on how much to do and how long to do it.  I get up every day feeling blessed and privileged to get another opportunity to move my body.  I recognize that not everyone is hard-wired or motivated to work out.  I get that, but I also know that as we all age, feeling strong, both physically and mentally, can greatly improve sleep, mood, and our quality of life.  I design fun workouts that are accessible, challenging, and attainable for all fitness levels.  Functional fitness training mimics much of the movements we do every day.  Lifting, carrying, and unloading, walking up and down stairs, and simply getting in and out of our cars.  Life is about balance…. keeping it and working on it so we can safely put one foot in front of the other for years to come.  I’m ACE certified and trained, but more importantly, eager, ready, and excited to have you join me!  “Discipline equals freedom!” Let’s do this!
