AQUATICS + EXERCISE 
FOR SENIORS

AQUA ARTHRITIS CLASS

The Aqua Arthritis exercise class helps increase flexibility, range of motion, endurance and decreases joint stiffness. Allows participants to exercise without putting a strain on joints and muscles. Arthritis Foundation guidance followed by certified instructors.

ARTHRITIS LOW-IMPACT EXERCISE CLASS

​The Arthritis Low-Impact exercise class includes a variety of low-impact exercise activities that can be performed sitting or standing. The class is designed to help reduce joint pain and stiffness and to maintain or improve mobility, muscle strength and functional ability. It also includes weight-bearing, balance, and coordination exercises. Arthritis Foundation guidance followed by certified instructors.

AQUATIC PERSONAL TRAINING THERAPY

​Aquatic Personal Training therapy is the safest form of rehabilitation, especially for injuries that effect weight-bearing, because it takes place in the buoyancy of water and thereby removes impact and trauma from weight-bearing joints. The gentle activities in the water with guidance will help you work on gaining strength and flexibility. Aquatic Training therapy offers the quickest way to return to normal daily activities. Swimming ability is not required.
