Since becoming involved with the YMCA I have been fortunate enough to meet a group of awesome people. Spending time with the senior group is a most rewarding experience. I enjoy helping with the senior activities or just listening to visions for their future with the Y. I am happy to be part of an organization that makes seniors a priority. – Joan Zimmerman

Picture
(After an injury), I joined the Y because I knew that unless I stretched, my tennis days could be numbered. I began attending Gentle Yoga and Roll 'n' Restore with Suzanne, as well as the Stretching class with Lisa on Thursday. Neither class was easy for me. However, after only a few weeks, there was a noticeable difference in my injured hip!
I belonged to the Y over 25 years ago and I brought my kids when they were young.  I am thoroughly enjoying my return to this beautifully remodeled facility and I want to thank you for all the services you provide.  I am already reaping the rewards of better health and fitness in a relatively short time and my orthopedist is pleased to hear about my progress! – Sue Hodge
