Village Counseling and Wellness
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. DBT is an extensively researched treatment for individuals who have great difficulty regulating their emotions. It is helpful for those that have suicidal urges, urges to harm others, self-injury (cutting, burning, etc.), drug and alcohol abuse, bulimia and binge eating, behavioral problems, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. We also provide a full menu of other evidence-based treatments to clients ages 5 and up. Mindfulness classes, parent workshops and teacher trainings also available.
