ONE ON ONE swim LESSONS
We offer one on one instruction that lasts for 30 mins and is completely based on the individual’s needs and goals. It’s for everyone from non-swimmer to expert to someone with special needs. Lessons are offered all times of the day and 7 days of the week.

ONE ON ONE SWIM LESSONS FAQ
1. How do I cancel or reschedule my swim lesson?
If it is 48 hours before your lesson start time, please contact our membership staff (818) 790-0123 or come into our membership sales office and our membership staff can help you cancel your lesson. If it is 48 hours after the lesson start time, we, unfortunately, will be unable to return your credit. Please understand that the policy does state when registering that you may not cancel a lesson within 48 hours as we have to pay the instructor for a lesson that would probably not get recovered within 48 hours. If we were to allow that instructor to reschedule, now we have to pay them twice.
2. Can I have both my children attend the swim lesson?
Unfortunately, we do not offer semi-individual lessons. Our lessons are strictly one-on-one, to focus on each’s specific goals during the appointment.
3. Do you offer financial assistance for one-on-one lessons?
We do not offer financial assistance on our on-on-one lessons. However, we do provide financial aid for our group lessons.
4. What happens in the case of a pool closure?
In the case of a pool closure, if the pool if close before the halfway mark of our lesson, we will return your credit to your account.
5. Will there be swim class on Holidays? On holidays where any of our facilities are closed or have shortened hours, we do not have swim lessons. Please visit our facility hours on our website for a list of all holiday days and times.
