This is was the response of bestselling author and yogi, Sadhguru, when he was asked about Wellbeing by the United Nations.
His words are poignant as we continue to discover ways to enrich and enhance our Wellbeing. We all have choices when it comes to our state of health and happiness. This state of Wellbeing transcends our internal locus of evaluation, as well as the external influences that may be unreliable or develop into distractions.

Becoming emotionally stable allows us to maneuver through challenging times and helps us maintain a balanced lifestyle. Each component lends strength to our resolve for joy and Wellbeing.
